TEN cutaneous reactions involves in detachment mucosal skin membrane. Female were more affected than male. Major cause genetic (HLA –A HLA- B), drugs, infection (mycoplasma pneumonia herpes simplex virus). The exact pathogenic mechanism uncertain.
